About Me

With a Ph.D. in Chemistry and over 15 years of experience as a corporate scientist, I know firsthand the challenges of high-pressure environments. My career began in the corporate world, where I navigated demanding roles and experienced the toll stress can take on both personal and professional well-being. This journey led me to a pivotal moment: a transition from the corporate lab to the transformative world of coaching.

Today, as an ICF-ACC and NBC-HWC credentialed Health and Stress Coach, Nutrition Specialist, and certified Personal Trainer, I help individuals transform their lives. I also work as a Career Transition Coach, guiding professionals, executives, and entrepreneurs to find clarity, build resilience, and thrive in their next chapters.

I’m based in the Netherlands and work with aspiring and established health and wellness coaches across Breda, Den Haag, Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Utrecht, and beyond.
