Structured support for sustainable change

Lifestyle Reset is a guided 15‑week program focused on nutrition, movement, stress management, and mindset. You’ll take small, achievable steps each week, building habits that feel natural and last. We’ll meet for seven in‑person group coaching sessions at Leefstijlpunt Breda, plus a relaxing yoga session with a professional instructor. You’ll track your progress, both physical and emotional, and can join the walking challenge for extra motivation. When possible, participants with similar goals may be grouped together for more tailored support.
